Meric Adriansen, Managing Partner (Systems + Engineering)

Meric is an accomplished engineer of several disciplines and has the proficiency to design and integrate the industry’s most complex control systems. His expertise includes more than two decades of experience with broadcast television video/graphics, bank level network security, DRM, WAN, LAN, SAN network technologies, multiple content source delivery, remote system diagnostics, interactive functionality, and green screen technology. 
Meric has worked with some of the most established companies in the world including ABC, Disney, ESPN, MTV, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and Cablevision.

George Pappas, Managing Partner (Operations + Manufacturing)

George is fully immersed in mechanical, electrical, hardware, firmware and software engineering. He is a manufacturing specialist who expertly manages every aspect of project development–from concept to completion. Prior to D3, George spent more than a decade rising through the manufacturing and operations ranks of the LED display industry before starting D3 with his partners. 
Earlier in his career, George was a Vice President of manufacturing where he managed the design process and fabrication of some of the world’s most complex LED display systems including ABC Studios, Pontiac and JPMorgan Chase in Times Square, the Trump and Caesars displays in Atlantic City, and the Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles.

Jason Barak, Managing Partner (Business Development + Marketing)

Jason is an expert at business development and a consummate marketing professional skilled at identifying opportunities for clients in emerging markets around the globe. His proficiency and tireless work ethic have resulted in several award-winning digital display projects and veritable industry recognition. Jason takes a consultative approach to his work, focusing on a particular client’s creative vision and business objectives first in order to build long-term and sustainable partnerships. His ample knowledge of the digital out-of-home and LED display markets has resulted in over $50 million in sales. Jason has also helped D3 become a global leader in the emerging large-scale LED digital display market, and he manages relationships with high-profile clients such as Disney, Gucci, Forever 21, Aéropostale, Express, NASDAQ, Walgreens, and more.
Prior to his current role at D3, Jason served as Vice President of Billboard Video/Multimedia.
